Casa Tenma is a new interpretation of barefoot living in Ibiza, created by an architect as his own family home and guided by three principles: living within the elements, as the forest softens the line between house and nature; an anthroposophical approach of rounded forms, gentle curves, and warm tones you can feel as much as see; and the feeling of a true haven, conjured by a magic garden of winding paths, giant crystals, and quiet corners for yoga, art and play, beneath a dome that draws in the last of the sunset light. A regenerative prototype for living — and being a home not just a house, deeply cosy.
The stillness of Casa Tenma
Set on the west coast of Ibiza, Casa Tenma is nestled in endemic forest yet only a short walk from the water, it holds a rare stillness: somewhere to slow down, breathe, and let the rhythm of the island take over. This is a statement of love for Ibiza, made by owners who fell for this quiet corner of it and wanted to give something back.
